The reserve side of Zamora FC spends its seasons in Venezuela's Segunda División. In 2017 they came badly — last of twenty-one across the whole table, bottom of their group, and down into the Tercera División.
Two years before that, the same level had been kind. The 2015 Torneo de Adecuación ended with Zamora FC B top of Grupo Occidental I on 20 points from ten matches, six of them won, and a goal difference of 22:11.
The kit follows the parent club's black and white stripes.
The place in the league was bought: a cupo acquired from Deportivo Barinas, and on 1 July 2010 the club existed.
