Peschanokopskoye is a rural settlement. Chaika plays in the Second League, and the arena that opened in 1991 as the Stadion Ruchnykh Igr carried that label until 2015.
The bulk of the reconstruction wrapped up in 2014, but the club kept adding to it through 2021 and 2022, and in December 2022 the stadium reopened with new stands. LED perimeter boards went up around the field as well. The 2021 renovation alone drew 132 million roubles from the regional budget.
