About the player
Dayana Pierre-Louis grew up playing for ASF Croix-des-Bouquets in Haiti. She moved on to AS Tigresses, where she became one of the league's leading scorers, at one point putting away six goals in the opening series of a season. She signed for GPSO 92 Issy in France's Division 2 Féminine in September 2022.
A year later she joined RC Lens, initially in the Seconde Ligue, and was a key part of the side that finished second in 2024–25 to earn promotion to the Première Ligue. In her first season in France's top flight she made 10 appearances, eight of them starts, completed 72.7% of her passes and set up three goals. In January 2026 she left for the Utah Royals in the NWSL, signing a three-year contract through 2028 with the option of a further year, a move confirmed pending her P-1 work visa and international clearance.
At international level, Pierre-Louis scored four goals for Haiti's U20 side at the 2020 CONCACAF Women's U20 Championship before making her senior debut in June 2022. She has since won 14 senior caps. Her standout moment came at the 2023 FIFA Women's World Cup, where she started all three of Haiti's group matches, including the game against eventual finalists England, and was the second-youngest player in the squad.
