About the player
Eduard Bello came through the Yaracuyanos FC academy and made his senior debut with the club in 2013, moving to Carabobo FC the following year on a free transfer, where he stayed until January 2018.
That January he joined Deportes Antofagasta on loan from Carabobo. In his first season there he scored 13 goals in 26 matches, earning him the "Mejor Delantero Derecho" award from Revista El Gráfico and the ANFP, plus a place in the Ideal Team of the Year. The loan became permanent, and he stayed in northern Chile until late 2021.
Internationally, Bello debuted for Venezuela in 2018 and has featured in World Cup qualifying campaigns as well as the 2024 Copa América, where he scored against both Ecuador and Jamaica, heading in the second. CONMEBOL and Venezuelan media named him to the Ideal XI of Matchday 3 for that tournament. As of September 2025 he had 26 caps and four goals for the national side.
