Tommy Tobar Reyes

The Colombian forward has worn the number 9 across two separate spells at the Bolivian club, and between them he became its all-time top scorer, with 65 goals to his name.

Tobar started out in Colombian football with Pumas de Casanare before a longer stay at Millonarios, interrupted by loan spells at Bogotá F.C. and Girardot F.C. He moved around the domestic league afterwards, taking in Deportes Palmira, Cúcuta Deportivo, Cortuluá, Atlético Bucaramanga and Patriotas Boyacá among others. His finishing stood out early: in 2011, playing for Pacífico F.C., he was the top scorer of the Torneo Apertura in the Primera B.

The move that shaped his career came in 2015, when he joined Nacional Potosí and scored 17 goals in 42 appearances. From there he went abroad, first to Qatar with Al-Shamal SC, then to Venezuela with Carabobo F.C., scoring 32 goals in 65 matches. Spells in the United Arab Emirates followed, with Al-Ittihad Kalba SC and Emirates Club, before a brief return to Venezuela with Atlético Venezuela.

In 2022 Tobar went back to Nacional Potosí, adding to the goal tally that would make him the club's leading scorer across his two spells there. After a short stint at Universitario de Vinto, he returned to Potosí once more in July 2025, and that year lifted the Copa Bolivia with the club.
