Beşiktaş sends its youth players to Kartal for match minutes, and that partnership, running since 2022.
The club, formed in the Kartal district in January 1985, spent most of its existence outside the wider public eye.
Staying there has been its own kind of achievement. In the 2023-2024 season Kartal Bulvarspor finished 10th in the 3. Lig's First Group with 33 points from eight wins, nine draws and eleven losses, and they went on to hold their place for 2024-2025 and again into 2025-2026 rather than sliding back down after their one big jump.
The Bulvar Mimar Kubilay Köse Stadium holds 994 people, a capacity that fits a club still adjusting to life several tiers above where it spent most of its history. Red and white remain the colours on the shirt.
