Few Czech clubs have changed their name as often: SK Ústí nad Labem became SK Slavia Ústí nad Labem in 1947, then carried Spartak and Armaturka in its title through most of the socialist decades. The club was founded in 1945 and only took its present name, FK Viagem Ústí nad Labem, in July 2023, after a change of owner.

Its best cup run came early: in 1951, playing as Armaturka Ústí nad Labem, it reached the Czechoslovak Cup final and lost 0–1 to Kovosmalt Trnava.

It survived by merging with FK NRC Všebořice in 1999.

Ústí nad Labem sit fourth in the Chance Národní liga in the 2025/26 season.
