Asan Baigaliyev

Asan Baigaliyev came through the FC Elimai academy, starting out with the club's reserve side, Elimai-M, in the Second League before the team stepped up to the First League. He signed a professional contract with the main squad, alongside teammates Danil Danilenko and Adlet Seilkhanov as an internal promotion rather than a transfer.

His first-team debut came in the Kazakhstan Premier League against Ulytau. Since then his football has been split between the two levels: in the current season he has made 6 appearances for the main Elimai side in the Premier League and another 6 for the reserves in the First League, 12 games in total, without a goal or an assist so far, and two yellow cards along the way.

Internationally, Baigaliyev has been tracked at youth level with the Kazakhstan national setup. He was called up to the U17 side for a training camp where the team won all three of its friendlies, and later joined the U19 squad for a camp in Shymkent under coach Kirill Keker. He has not yet featured for the senior national team.
