Darko Todorović

He began at Sloboda Tuzla, where three seasons and 48 appearances were enough to earn a move to Red Bull Salzburg in 2018.

Salzburg gave him only 12 appearances of his own: Holstein Kiel in the German second tier, then Hajduk Split. Bosnia and Herzegovina called him up too — his debut came against the United States in January 2018, and 16 caps followed over the next three years.

What started as a loan became permanent the following year for a fee of €400,000, and Todorović turned into a fixture there, making 92 appearances. Among his two goals for the club was a winner against Torpedo, the kind of moment that stands out on an otherwise defensive ledger. A fractured fibula in August 2022, operated on in Rome, cost him the rest of that season, but he returned to the side and stayed until 2026.

In February 2026 he moved on to Fakel Voronezh for €300,000, a switch that has already brought him 17 appearances and a goal. Individually, the honours list stays empty — his contribution has always shown up in team results rather than personal awards, from the Salzburg title to the Torpedo winner years later at Akhmat.
