Emil Konradsen Ceïde

Emil Konradsen Ceïde came through Rosenborg's academy after starting out at Stakkevollan IF, Champions FC in Haiti and Finnsnes IL, where he made a single senior appearance in 2017 before signing for the Trondheim club that same year. He worked his way into the first team and, between 2018 and 2022, made 63 league appearances for Rosenborg, scoring five goals. That spell brought the Norwegian Cup and the Mesterfinalen in 2018, and he added the Norwegian U-19 Championship the following year, alongside two Player of the Match awards in 2021.

In January 2022, Ceïde left for Italy, joining Sassuolo on a deal structured as a loan with an obligation to buy. Reported fees for the move vary, ranging from around €0.5 million to figures closer to €3 million. His time in Serie A did not go to plan: across three seasons he made 30 league appearances without scoring.

Rosenborg brought him back on loan in August 2024, and the second spell in Trondheim revived his career. In just twelve Eliteserien appearances that autumn, he scored once and set up five goals. The permanent move, reported at around €1.5 million, was funded in part by the sale of Sverre Nypan. He has also represented Norway at youth level, from the U17s through to the U21s, without yet earning a senior cap.
