About the player
Ersultan Torekul arrived in senior football the hard way. He made his debut for FC Altai in 2018 with a single goal in ten appearances, then found his scoring touch a year later at FC Kyrán M with ten goals in 28 games. A spell back at Altai and a move to FC Yassy-Turkistan followed.
The breakthrough came at FC Zhas-Sunkar in 2022, where he scored 26 goals in 25 matches, and he went one better in 2023 with FC Ulytau: 32 goals in 19 league matches, finishing as top scorer of the Kazakhstan Second Division and helping the club to the title. That run earned him a move up to the Kazakhstan Premier League with FC Kaisar in 2024, though the goals dried up at the higher level — one in 12 appearances that year, and another in 20 league games the following season. A trial at Belshina in Belarus in 2023 had already ended early because of injury.
January 2026 brought a switch to FC Taraz in the Kazakhstan First Division, where he scored three goals in just two appearances before the season's midpoint. In August 2026 he joined Baranovichi as a free agent on a contract to the end of the year. He was on the scoresheet in a different sense on his debut, setting up a goal in a match against BATE.
