Etnik Brruti

On 23 August 2026, Etnik Brruti was named in Hajduk Split's starting eleven against Osijek and scored. The match finished 4-0.

Brruti was born in Kaçanik, then part of Serbia and Montenegro, now Kosovo. He came through the New Star Football Academy and played for Prishtina's youth side until September 2020, when he moved to Besa Pejë in the Kosovar Superliga. He stayed two and a half years there — 28 matches, two goals — before joining Malisheva in January 2023.

His contract with Malisheva expired, and on 1 July 2026 he signed for Hajduk Split as a free agent on a deal running to 30 June 2029. He was handed a debut on 6 August in UEFA Conference League qualifying against Žalgiris, coming off the bench for 12 minutes in a 5-2 win. Across the opening weeks of the 2026/27 season he has played three matches and 64 minutes.

At international level, Brruti played six times for Kosovo's under-19s in 2021 and 2022 and eight times for the under-21s in 2023 and 2024. With the Kosovo youth side he won the Roma Caput Mundi tournament in 2022. In January 2025 he was called into a Kosovo senior training camp. Two months later he received an Albanian passport and switched his sporting nationality to Albania, a change approved by FIFA.
