Ilya Svinov

Ilya Svinov turned professional at Nosta Novokuybyshevsk, having come through the youth ranks at Lada Togliatti, before a move to Fakel Voronezh in the First League brought his first real recognition. In the 2021/2022 season he led the FNL in clean sheets, keeping 12 in 27 matches, a run that set up the transfer that followed.

Spartak Moscow signed him in the summer of 2022, but the move did not translate into first-team football in the capital. Spartak sent him straight back to Fakel on loan for the following season, and his time at the club was defined more by loan spells than by appearances for the parent side. National team goalkeeping coach Vitaly Kafanov addressed the question of Svinov's readiness in August 2023, saying he was not yet in a position to compete with Anton Selikhov and Alexander Maksimenko for a place in the senior squad, and pointed to his limited experience at Spartak as the reason.

Svinov moved on to Baltika Kaliningrad in 2024, and the following season was loaned out again, this time to Ufa. In the summer of 2025, he joined Rodina Moscow on a free transfer and signed a contract running to 2028, arriving as the club stepped up to the Russian Premier League. He has yet to add a senior cap for Russia or a major trophy to his career.
