Jakub Lis

Jakub Lis grew up in Poznań and started out at Biały Orzeł Koźmin Wielkopolski before a short spell in Lech Poznań's youth setup. He moved on to Pogoń Szczecin's academy in 2017 and stayed with the club's structures through the following years, playing for Pogoń Szczecin II and picking up the Polish U-19 Championship with Pogoń's under-19 side in the 2020/2021 season, followed by the West Pomeranian Football Association Cup with the reserve team a year later.

A loan to Motor Lublin in July 2022 gave the right-back regular first-team football away from Szczecin; the move was extended for a second season, and across his two years there he made 43 appearances and scored three goals. In June 2024 he returned to Pogoń Szczecin on a two-year contract with an option to extend, going on to make 17 Ekstraklasa appearances for the club.

Lis also came through Poland's youth national teams, representing the country at both U-15 and U-16 level. In February 2026 he left Pogoń on a free transfer, joining Chrobry Głogów on a contract running to the summer of 2028.
