Jason Lokilo

Jason Lokilo was born in Brussels and came through the Anderlecht academy before Crystal Palace signed him in 2015. He worked his way into the Palace first team by 2017, but the following seasons were shaped less by first-team football at Selhurst Park than by a string of loans, first to Lorient in France and then to Doncaster Rovers, who signed him permanently on a free transfer once his Palace contract ran out.

The move to Górnik Łęczna as a free agent in 2021 gave him a settled run of games, and in February 2022 he was named the club's Player of the Month after setting up three goals in four matches. A transfer to Sparta Rotterdam followed, but his sharpest spell in front of goal came on loan at İstanbulspor, where he scored four times in sixteen Süper Lig appearances.

Since then he has kept moving: a deal with Hull City, a loan at Vizela, and a season at CSKA Sofia before he joined Piast Gliwice on a free transfer in August 2025, signing a contract that runs to the summer of 2027. Lokilo has represented DR Congo rather than Belgium at international level, though so far that has amounted to a single youth appearance, in an 8–0 defeat to England's under-17s in 2015; he has yet to add a senior cap.
