About the player
Lameira came through the youth ranks at Feirense and Sporting before finishing his development at Porto, and it was with Porto B that he made his senior bow. Free transfers and short stays followed at União de Leiria, where he was among those to protest unpaid wages, and at Académica de Coimbra on loan, before a settled spell at Real SC.
He followed it with a full season in Liga Portugal 2, then left for Baltika Kaliningrad in the Russian Premier League on a free transfer, though his time there amounted to only a handful of appearances between the league and the Russian Cup.
A loan move brought him to Oțelul Galați, making 35 appearances in Liga I and reaching the Cupa României final, in which Oțelul finished runners-up. The loan convinced the Romanian club to make the move permanent: in the summer of 2025 Oțelul signed him on a two-year deal after turning down a €500,000 offer from Universitatea Craiova. He has kept his place in the side this season, with four goals in 34 league appearances so far.
