Vojvodina paid around €250,000 for Milan Kolarević in July 2025, with a 15 per cent sell-on clause written in for Voždovac, and signed him to a four-year contract. By August 2026 he had made 31 league appearances for the club and scored six goals.

The route there ran through the lower divisions. He started in the youth ranks at Jasenica and joined Sinđelić Beograd in 2017, later moving up to the senior side in the Serbian League Belgrade, the third tier. Between 2021 and 2024 he played 72 matches there and scored 18.

Voždovac took him on a free transfer in January 2024 on a three-and-a-half-year contract. He was part of the side that went up from the Serbian First League to the SuperLiga in 2023–24. His first full campaign in the top flight brought five goals and five assists. Across his time at the club he made 46 league appearances and scored six.

The 2025–26 season also took him back down a division. He spent part of it on loan at Kabel in the Serbian First League, playing twice and scoring twice.

Serbia have used him at Under-21 level, where he had two caps and no goals as of March 2026. He has not been capped by the senior national team, and has not won an individual award or a team title.
