Nikolay Pokidyshev

He started out at Saturn Ramenskoye, making his debut in the Russian second tier in May 2015 and staying with the club until the summer of 2018, when he left as a free agent and joined Shinnik Yaroslavl.

Shinnik is where he became a fixture. Over five seasons he made 136 league appearances, established himself as a regular starter and eventually wore the captain's armband. In November 2020, his form in the National League earned him a place in the symbolic Team of the Round for the competition's 19th round.

In June 2023 Pokidyshev moved on again, signing for SKA-Khabarovsk on a free transfer. He held that role until the summer of 2025, by which point he had made 62 appearances for the club.

His most recent move came on 11 June 2025, when he joined Rotor Volgograd on a free transfer, agreeing a contract running until June 2027. He has since become a regular part of the side, and as of May 2026 has made 27 league appearances for Rotor.

Across his career at all three of his previous clubs, Pokidyshev has scored just once each. He has not been called up to any Russian national team, senior or youth, and has not won a major team title.
