Nurdaulet Baibosynov

Nurdaulet Baibosynov is a product of the FC Taraz academy, and it was in the lower tiers of Kazakh football that he made his name as a goalscorer. Across three seasons with Taraz in the First League he scored 32 times in 60 appearances, with 14 goals in 2024 and 13 the year before. He had already shown the same instinct earlier with Taraz-M, netting 11 goals in 21 games in the Second League in 2022, and added two appearances for the reserve side Taraz-Karatau that same year.

That scoring record earned him a step up in 2025, when he was loaned to FC Atyrau for the rest of the season. He made a single Premier League appearance for Atyrau's first team and featured five times for the reserve side, Atyrau-M, in the Second League without finding the net, though he did set up goals for others.

In February 2026 he moved on loan again, this time to FC Irtysh Pavlodar. All 16 of his league appearances for the club have come off the bench, for a combined 445 minutes, with one assist to his name and no goals yet at this level.

Internationally, Baibosynov has represented Kazakhstan at Under-19 level, playing in qualifying for the 2023 UEFA European Under-19 Championship, and has also been involved with the Under-21 set-up.
