Per Kloosterbuer

Per Kloosterboer grew up playing for Sporting '70 in his native Utrecht before joining the FC Utrecht academy, where he worked his way through the U17 and U18 age groups. In the summer of 2023 he stepped up to Jong FC Utrecht, the club's reserve side in the Eerste Divisie, and spent three seasons there wearing the number 14 shirt.

The breakthrough came in October 2025, when he signed his first professional contract with FC Utrecht, tying him to the club into the 2026/2027 season with an option to extend a further year. Less than a year later he made his senior debut in the Eredivisie, coming into the side against PSV Eindhoven at the end of August 2026. For the first team he switched to shirt number 32.

Kloosterboer's route to the top level has been built entirely within Utrecht's own structures, moving from local football to the academy and then through the reserves without a move to another club along the way.
