Taras Mikhavko

Taras Mykhavko came through the academy system in Lviv Oblast. Dynamo Kyiv signed him on a free transfer in July 2023, and the club has since committed to him long-term, extending his contract in January 2026 through to the end of 2030.

At Dynamo, he has established himself as a first-team regular, contributing to the club's Ukrainian Premier League title in 2024–25 and the Ukrainian Cup the following season. His form in that title-winning campaign earned him the league's Young Player of the Year award, and he was also named the Golden Talent of Ukraine in the under-19 category. Total Football Analysis included him in its 2025 Breakout XI. In the 2025–26 season he has already scored five goals in all competitions for Dynamo, two of them in the league.

His progress through the Ukraine youth ranks has followed a similar trajectory. He reached the semi-finals of the 2024 UEFA European Under-19 Championship with the U19 side, then won the Maurice Revello Tournament with the under-23s later that year, beating Ivory Coast on penalties in the final. He made his senior international debut in November 2025, in a World Cup qualifier against France.

That combination of a title medal, individual awards and a senior cap has not gone unnoticed elsewhere: he has been linked with moves to Tottenham Hotspur, Manchester United, Chelsea, Liverpool and Marseille, though he remains under contract at Dynamo Kyiv until 2030.
