Peng Wang

Peng Wang came through China League Two with Beijing Sangao, scoring on his way to a move up the ladder that eventually took him to Shenzhen F.C. in February 2019. Spells back at Shijiazhuang Ever Bright, then at Changchun Yatai, then at Cangzhou Mighty Lions, each producing a goal apiece before Cangzhou made the arrangement permanent on a free transfer in March 2023.

He moved on to Qingdao, joining what was then known as Qingdao Youth Island before the club rebranded as Qingdao West Coast. He has been a regular fixture there rather than a squad player, making 20 Super League appearances in the 2025 season and the same number so far in 2026, plus cup outings in both campaigns, though goals have not followed at this club.

At international level, his involvement has been at youth level: three caps for China's under-23 side between 2015 and 2019.

A right-footed defender, Wang built his career on availability and versatility across a run of Chinese Super League and League One clubs rather than on a single defining moment, moving through Beijing, Shijiazhuang, Changchun, Shenzhen, Cangzhou and now Qingdao over more than a decade in the professional game.
