Bazys

Serhiy Yanchuk once played the game himself before taking charge of Bazys. Beaten by Zlatokray-2017 in the 2017 Cherkasy Oblast Cup final, Bazys came back to beat the same opponent 1–0 in 2021, then added a second title in 2025 with a 2–0 win over UTK. Silver in the oblast championship followed in 2019 and 2023, bronze on six separate occasions since 2016. FC Altair Drabiv has become the club's fiercest counterpart in those title races.

The Bazys Stadium opened in August 2018, paid for by the local Agrofirma Bazys. The 2019 finals of the Ukrainian Youth Football League, and, during the 2023–24 season, home matches for the professional side Metalurh-2 Zaporizhzhia were hosted there. Natural grass, automatic irrigation and covered stands are unusual fittings for a ground this size.

In 2026 the club reached the Ukrainian Cup preliminary round, beating Druzhba-Kozaky Nizhyn 5–3 before a last-32 meeting with Mayak Sarny. Bazys has also sent players beyond the oblast: goalkeeper Vladyslav Rybak moved through Zorya Luhansk, Olimpik Donetsk and Metalist Kharkiv.
