Under a different name and in a different town, the side have carried their momentum with them. Since July 2026 they have been known as FK Proleter 023, based in Zrenjanin rather than the village down the road.
The club they left behind, FK Naftagas, was founded in Elemir in 1921 and spent most of its history close to home, once known as Bratstvo. The turn came recently. Nikola Stojanović had charge of that promotion-winning side; captain Miloš Savanović finished the season as its top scorer.
Playing now as Proleter 023 in Zrenjanin, the club takes that promotion into its first season away from Elemir.
