Palm City

Palm City play their home games at the Shabab Al Ahli Al Aweer Stadium in Dubai, which suits a club that has spent barely three years assembling itself from nothing. The project began in October 2023, when the Austrian entrepreneur Soheil Var set out to build a professional football club from scratch in 365 days. The name did not survive first contact with the authorities: registered as Al Qabila FC, meaning "The Tribe," the club ran into naming objections from the UAE Football Association and spent its early seasons competing as 365 FC instead. It only became Palm City FC in October 2025.

By then it had already found its level in the UAE Second Division, the country's third tier, and in its first season under the new name it did something remarkable: it won the division and the FA Cup in the same campaign. The cup was the harder of the two. Palm City drew 1-1 with Hatta FC in the final on 25 April 2026 and needed penalties to separate the sides, eventually winning the shootout 4-2.

There is no rival to speak of yet, no fixture that carries history with it, because the club has not existed long enough to acquire one. What it has instead is a double achieved from a standing start, and a step up the pyramid to plan for next.
