The club that carries all three in its history began in August 1949 as TSG Einheit Teltow-Kleinmachnow, took in Fußballjugend Kleinmachnow/Teltow in a merger in 1998, and only in 2016 settled on the shorter RSV Eintracht 1949 .
The ground on Heinrich-Zille-Straße, known locally as the Zille, holds around 1,800.
What changed the club's standing was the 2025 Landespokal Brandenburg, the state cup, followed a year later by the NOFV-Oberliga Süd championship and promotion to the Regionalliga.
Leon Schaffran came through here between 2000 and 2012, before the goalkeeper moved on to Hertha BSC II and the 2. Bundesliga. The football side is not the whole club either — the basketball department runs under the name TKS 49ers.
