Armand Seghers Complex

Built on the site of the club’s former grounds in Zelzate, Belgium, the facility stands as a marker of the "Zelzate-Zuid" urban development project. It was constructed by Groep Huyzentruyt in collaboration with the municipality, with funding supported by the sale of building rights for residential housing on the old pitch.

The ground is named after Armand Seghers, a local goalkeeper who played for the club's predecessor, KSLV Zelzate, before moving to Gent in 1949. The name was chosen in May 2023 following a vote by residents. Construction began in February 2023, and the complex was officially presented to the press in October of that year. KVV Zelzate moved into the new facility in December 2023 or January 2024, with Europlan Online listing the official opening year as 2024. The venue has a capacity of 2,000.

Unlike the older grounds in the center of Zelzate, often referred to as Zelzate Zuid, this complex is a multi-sport hub. It houses KVV Zelzate alongside V.K. De Kanaaljongens (volleyball), Petanqueclub Zelzate, and Duikclub De Murene (diving). KVV Zelzate itself is the result of a 2008 merger between KSLV Zelzate (founded 1922) and KFC Zelzate (founded 1933). The playing surface is artificial turf.

No official attendance record was found , as the stadium is relatively new. The venue has not had any former names, as it is a new construction that was named from its inception.
