Hala ABC

Hala ABC in Nový Jičín sits quietly away from the city centre, a functional hall that prioritises timber flooring over spectacle.

After a significant reconstruction finished in 2020, the club added an elevated tribune to the interior, raising the spectator capacity to 150. The renovation included new windows and heating systems, and asbestos removal, allowing the space to host handball, volleyball, and floorball matches under reliable conditions. The grand opening of the renovated venue took place on June 22, 2020, marking the end of a long closure.

It serves as the home ground for the local handball and volleyball teams, who play there regularly throughout the winter months. The facility does not host physical education classes during the school day, filling the empty hours between the evening fixtures.
