Hala Widowiskowo-Sportowa CAiIS

Hala Widowiskowo-Sportowa CAiIS opened its doors in 2022, a fresh construction by Skanska S.A. that has quickly become the central hub for sport in Grodzisk Mazowiecki.

The main hall features a wooden parquet floor, which sources classify as an artificial surface, capable of handling a significant load. It is a space built for variety. The capacity is a matter of interpretation depending on the event; the PROUD Group project description lists 1,760 seats on the grandstands, while event platforms cite 1,567 fixed seats. A PAP MediaRoom article mentions approximately 3,000 places for the public, but no source confirms the specific figure of 3,007 seats.

It is operated by OSiR Grodzisk Mazowiecki, the local sports and recreation center for the municipality. The venue has not had any previous names, having retained its original institutional name since its opening. Its quality was recognised when it won the 'Budowa XXI w.' (Construction of the 21st Century) Award in October 2023 in the category 'Sports and Recreation Facilities - Large'.

Teams from across the spectrum use the hall. KS Sparta Grodzisk Mazowiecki plays volleyball in the PLS 1. Liga here, while GKK Isetia Grodzisk Mazowiecki competes in basketball in the II liga. Martial arts, karate, fencing, and table tennis all find a home within these walls. Beyond sport, the hall hosts major events. Gala Babilon MMA 31 took place here in October 2022, and concerts by Lady Pank and Varius Manx & Kasia Stankiewicz have drawn crowds to ul. Sportowa 29.
