Jack Smith Park
Adelaide, Australia
Formerly: Camden Sports Complex, Con Makris Park
Jack Smith Park sits in Novar Gardens, an inner south-western suburb of Adelaide, South Australia. The ground has been the home of West Torrens Birkalla SC since the club arrived at the site in 1946. The venue is known by a few names throughout its history, having previously operated as the Camden Sports Complex and Con Makris Park before receiving its current title in honour of a long-time club official.
The club (then simply West Torrens) has maintained its presence here for decades despite the urban changes surrounding it. The playing surface is artificial turf. While the facility holds a capacity of approximately 3,000 spectators, the atmosphere remains strictly local.
The ground has also hosted Adelaide Galaxy in the past, adding another layer to its local sporting identity.
