Capacity has moved in both directions since. The original bowl held around 8,000, a figure the ground never matched again; by 2019 it had settled at 4,200, and only the 2020–2021 rebuild pushed it back up to its current 5,500, all seated. That project, run by contractor InterHall with DEMIURG Project and Grupa VERSO, cost more than 17 million złoty, half of it from state funds, and existed for one reason: to bring the stadium up to Ekstraklasa licensing standard. Coverage stayed uneven — a roof went up over 588 seats in 2017, and the 2021 works extended it only across the west stand, leaving the other three sides open to the weather.

The pitch, natural grass with undersoil heating, has seen its fullest house on a cup night: 5,500 turned out on 6 April 2022 for a Polish Cup semi-final against Legia, matching the ground's capacity to the seat. The stadium also carried the name Zondacrypto Arena for a spell before reverting to its historic title, and it once hosted matches at the 1978 European U-18 Championship.
