Stadium
Premier-Arena
Surgut, Russia
There is a sense of enclosure here that feels older than the registration of the managing company in 2009.
The arena serves as the home of VK Gazprom-Ugra, who have competed in the Russian Super League since 2002. The capacity is debated, with sources citing either 3,050 or 6,080 seats, but the tightness of the stands leans toward the lower figure.
The venue hosted the Russian All-Star Match in 2009, a moment that briefly elevated its status beyond a local club's home. There are plans for a new arena with 5,000 seats, suggesting this one is already seen as temporary. It is a place where the game is the priority, and the building simply exists to hold the people who come to watch it.
