Sportovní hala SG Plzeň

The Sportovní hala SG Plzeň is a modest hall, distinct from the larger Městská sportovní hala elsewhere in the city. The building seems designed for function rather than spectacle, with seating that is close to the court and a sparse atmosphere when empty.

Inside the hall, the court is dominated by a large, stylised graphic of a grizzly bear at centre court. The surrounding seating is dark, with rows of chairs that look standard rather than plush. A smaller, digital shot clock stands on its own stand near the far end of the court, while the main scoreboard hangs centrally from the ceiling. The walls are painted a deep purple, matching the court's key area, and the name of the venue is stencilled in large letters along the sideline. The light is artificial but bright enough to reflect clearly off the wooden floor.
