Intymak Arena stands in the Altyn Beshik district of Karakol, a town sitting high in the Issyk-Kul Region. The ground is defined by its altitude, sitting roughly 1,760 meters above sea level.
The site itself has grown. Where the old stadium once covered 5.5 hectares, the new installation expands that footprint to 7 hectares. This expansion allowed for more than just seating; it brought Kyrgyzstan's first stationary video assistant referee system to the region. The roofline mimics the tunduk of a Kyrgyz yurt, while the facade incorporates elements of the kerege .
The playing surface is Hatko Hybridgrass, laid because the high altitude demands durability. The team moved into the renovated venue for the 2025 season. The capacity has tightened to 3,380 seats, concentrated on the western stands.
The ground is distinct from the Bishkek Arena being built in the capital; this is a community facility, rebuilt after a tender announced in late 2022.
