Bars Issyk-Kul was assembled at the end of 2024 to fill one of those two new places.

Kanimet Aralbaev, the businessman who founded the club and chairs it, hired Aleksandr Krestinin, formerly in charge of the Kyrgyzstan national side. Krestinin did not last the debut season. Neither did Mirlan Eshenov after him; Igor Surov took the job in a caretaker capacity, and the run that decided the title — nine matches — was overseen by Aralbaev himself.

Valeriy Kichin, the Kyrgyzstan captain, played in that side. So did Mirlan Murzaev, who scored 12 goals. The championship was settled on 8 November 2025, on the last matchday, with a 2-1 win over Talant.

Black at home, blue away, a lighter blue for the third kit. No official website, no nickname that anyone in the press or the databases actually uses — the name refers to the animal and does no more than that. Communication runs through Telegram and Instagram.

What the trophy room still lacks is everything except the league title: neither the Kyrgyz Cup nor the Super Cup has come to Karakol.
