Joseph Kalalu Kiyatengwa

Joseph Kalulu Kyatengwa is the fourth brother in his family to turn professional, following Aldo, Gédéon and Pierre into the game, and his own path ran through Lyon's academy before a scramble through the lower divisions of French football. He spent over a decade in Olympique Lyonnais's youth system before leaving for AS Saint-Priest, where his form in the 2023–24 season helped the club reach the last 16 of the Coupe de France for the first time in its history.

That run brought him to Pau FC in the summer of 2024 as a free agent, and the club committed to him with a contract running to 2030. He signed his first professional deal the following March and was handed the number 3 shirt. From there, the left-back's progress was steady rather than sudden: a regular starter for Pau in Ligue 2, he made 33 league appearances in the 2025–26 season and got on the scoresheet once, taking his total for the club to 59 appearances across two seasons.

He is eligible to play for both France and the Democratic Republic of the Congo, the country his brothers Aldo and Gédéon have represented at senior international level.
