Pedro Henrique Perotti

Perotti carries the number 9 for Sport Recife, but the shirt tells only part of the story. He graduated from Chapecoense's youth academy in 2016, and later that year he was left off the squad that flew to the Copa Sudamericana final — the flight that crashed and killed nineteen of his team-mates. He stayed with the club through the rebuild that followed.

He was part of the side that won the Campeonato Catarinense in 2016 and, in 2020, helped Chapecoense claim the Campeonato Brasileiro Série B title. His best individual season came in 2021, when he finished as the Catarinense's top scorer with 15 goals and was named Player of the Tournament.

Loan spells took him abroad twice: to C.D. Nacional in Portugal, where he made 11 appearances, and to FC Tokyo in Japan, where he scored three goals in 20 games across all competitions. A permanent move to Radomiak Radom in Poland followed in January 2025, but it did not work out — a single goal in 13 matches led to the contract being cancelled by mutual consent that June. He went back to Chapecoense before Sport Recife signed him permanently in March 2026.

Across his years at Chapecoense, Perotti established himself as one of the club's all-time leading scorers, a reputation built on the goals that carried the team through Série B and the Catarinense state championship alike.
