Founded in 1968 by Dr.
Carlton Aiken Jr. carried that momentum forward. The quarterback, who graduated in 2021, was named Northeast-10 Most Valuable Player in 2022, the first Pace player to take the honour, and picked up an Honourable Mention on the NCAA Division II All-America team before declaring for the 2023 NFL Draft.
Further back, Kevin Enterlein, a 1988 graduate, still holds nine school passing records, among them career yardage at 6,365 and 41 touchdowns, numbers that have kept his name in the Pace University Athletics Hall of Fame. The team's colours, blue and gold, have stayed with it since Catalano put the programme together in 1968.
