Wybicki is what that training looks like on a scoreboard. The club grew directly out of the Szkoła Mistrzostwa Sportowego named after Józef Wybicki.

That origin still shapes what the club is for. Its senior men's team plays in Group D of the I Liga, Poland's third tier. Coach Mariusz Jurasik, once a Polish national team player himself, works with a squad captained by Krzysztof Bernacki. The club shows most clearly in the girls' teams: a run to the Final Four of the Polish Junior Championships, and the Marcovia Handball Cup won in September 2024.

Matches are played in the sports hall on ulica Jagiellońska, opened in 2019 at a cost of around 15 million złoty and built as part of the same school complex the club answers to.
