Kirill Rodionov

Kirill Rodionov spent his early professional years away from the club that trained him. He came through the academy at Dinamo Minsk and played for the reserve side from 2017 to 2020. He was called up to the senior squad in early 2020 but did not make a competitive appearance for it. His first senior football came on loan.

The loans began at Smolevichi in July 2020, where he made seven appearances in the Vysshaya Liga. Belshina Bobruisk was the stop that shaped his career. In 2021 he played 30 matches in the Pershaya Liga, scored once, and helped the club win the championship and reach the top flight. He stayed for the 2022 season and played 24 Vysshaya Liga matches, scoring another goal.

In January 2023 he moved on loan from Dinamo to Isloch Minsk Raion. He played 20 league matches that year, and Isloch finished fourth. He was named in the Belarusian Football Federation's Team of the Round in June 2023. A one-year permanent contract followed in January 2024. He played 12 matches in 2024 and one in 2025, before the contract expired on 31 December 2025.

He joined FC Vitebsk as a free agent on 15 January 2026, and the club announced the signing three days later. His contract covers the 2026 season.

Rodionov has played for Belarus at Under-20 level. He has not appeared for the senior national team.
