About the player
Ten goals in 31 appearances made Konstantin Shiltsov the top scorer of Spartak-2 Moscow in 2021/22. In the season that opened his professional career to a wider audience.
He comes from Yelets, in Lipetsk Oblast, and played for the local club Elets from 2010 to 2017. He then moved to Master-Saturn/UOR No. 5 and in September 2019 joined the Spartak Moscow academy. He added three under-21 caps in 2022. He has not yet played for the senior national team.
Spartak-2 was where he started as a professional, in 2020. After the goal-scoring season there, he went out on loan: first to Pari Nizhny Novgorod in 2022–23, then to Rodina in 2023. His next stop, Neftekhimik Nizhnekamsk, lasted longer. The move became permanent in June 2024, and he made 77 appearances for the club and scored seven goals.
On 1 July 2026 he joined Baltika Kaliningrad as a free agent, on a four-year contract that runs until 30 June 2030. By September he had played eight matches for the club, five in the Premier League and three in the Russian Cup. He has yet to score for them.
