Lucas Dominique Noubi Ngnokam

Lucas Noubi arrived at Deportivo La Coruña in July 2025 on a free transfer, leaving Standard Liège after his contract expired and signing a deal that runs until 2029. The move ended a spell that had taken him through the entirety of Standard's academy system, which he joined in 2015 after starting out at Excelsior Mouscron.

Noubi made his senior debut for Standard Liège in March 2022, in a Division 1A fixture against Seraing, and went on to make 43 appearances for the first team, alongside 42 more for the reserve side, SL16 FC. He did not find the net in either squad.

Born in Mouscron, Noubi is of Cameroonian descent but has represented Belgium at every youth level from the U15s upward. He captained the U17 side during the 2021–22 season, having earned eight caps at that level, and went on to add nine appearances for the U18s and nine more for the U19s, where he scored his only representative goal. He has since been capped four times for the Belgium U21s.
