Saint Anselm's main rivals in the Northeast-10 Conference are the Bentley Falcons and the Franklin Pierce Ravens. The team belongs to Saint Anselm College in Goffstown, New Hampshire, and plays in NCAA Division II. Its home games are staged at Grappone Stadium, 4,500 seats with 2,500 of them in the grandstand, across the town line in Manchester.
Ken Knapczyk coached three seasons from 2005. Patrick Murphy took over in 2008 and stayed until 2015, finishing 19–65 over eight seasons. They lost it to Stonehill, and they have never won the conference title or a national one.
He won NFL championships with them in 1940, 1941, 1943 and 1946, and later coached the Green Bay Packers.
The college itself dates from 1889.
