Zulte Waregem Women

Léna Hubaut plays her club football on a pitch called The Farm, and the midfielder is already spoken of as a candidate for the Red Flames, Belgium's national team. Zulte Waregem Women trace their line back to 1971, when they started out as Dames Zultse VV, long before the men's side took the SV Zulte Waregem name in a 2001 merger. The women's team split off on its own that year, kept its own registration, and only gave that up in 2010, when it took the Dames Zulte Waregem name and folded fully into the club structure that carries the Essevee nickname today.
