Krka Novo Mesto beat Taifun Šentjur 87 to 55 in the new KBM League on Tuesday evening. The hosts opened the scoring early and never let the visitors close the gap. The result leaves Krka top of the table with 26 wins from 27 games.
And here's the thing — we had this one right. We called for a home victory with 89 per cent confidence before kick-off, and that assessment held up. It wasn't a surprise, really, given what we'd seen in their recent meetings.

Looking at the table, the gap between these sides is now 17 points in the standings. Šentjur sit ninth with nine wins and 18 defeats, while Krka's single loss at this stage makes them clear favourites for the title.
The visitors' recent form doesn't inspire confidence either. They've lost four of their last five matches, including that heavy 103-60 defeat to Krka back in April. This result is another chapter in the same story.
