Bronny James: I Can Be a Shot Creator for Lakers
Bronny James says he can act as an extra playmaker alongside Luka Doncic and Austin Reaves this season, his first without father LeBron as a teammate.
Bronny James has spent the off-season working on his all-round game, and he singled out one area he believes he has improved: playmaking alongside Luka Doncic and Austin Reaves.
"I'm working on everything a little bit. I'm trying to improve every aspect of my game. I'll still be playing next to Luka Doncic and Austin Reaves, so at times I'll need to play off the ball. I need to knock down shots consistently and create for my teammates, and I think I did that well this summer. I think I can be an additional shot creator alongside Luka or Austin, and in pick-and-rolls. I'm just trying to be a well-rounded player and ready to do whatever the team needs," James said.
This will be the first time he takes the court without his father, LeBron James, as a teammate.
