Dwight Howard has signed for Black Fortress in Tbilisi, the club has confirmed, with the 40-year-old centre due to begin his Georgian season in October.
Howard announced the move on social media before the club confirmed the signing. Terms of the deal, its length and the competitions he will play in have not been disclosed.
Black Fortress won Georgia's second division last season and earned promotion to the top flight, where Howard will now play.
