Igor Milicic Joins Knicks on Exhibit 10 Deal
Poland's 208cm centre signed a non-guaranteed contract with New York and is expected to be waived before joining G League affiliate Westchester.
The 208cm big man is the likeliest of candidates to be waived once the preseason roster is trimmed. From there the plan runs through the G League: Milicic would join Westchester, the Knicks' affiliate side. An Exhibit 10 deal can convert to a two-way contract if New York decides to keep him around for the regular season.
Last season the Polish centre played 45 games for the Delaware Blue Coats, averaging 6.9 points and 4.8 rebounds in 18.8 minutes.
