Glen Davis has described his time behind bars as a "traumatic experience," speaking about the months he spent locked up over an insurance fraud case tied to his NBA career.
Davis served 17 months before his early release.
"I was at the camp. I was there with the worst of the worst. You know, drug dealers, paedophiles. I sat there with bastards who did a bunch of crazy things. I didn't want to sit in solitary. I was put in a shared cell. Still, something happens there. People interact, they talk. There's action. 'Hey, Big Baby, how's it going? Hey!' It's more interesting that way. They had basketball teams. But I didn't play. I was just the referee," Davis said.
