Kawhi Leonard is set to sign a new deal with Toronto, according to NBA insider Marc Stein,
Stein wrote.
The extension under discussion is worth $126m over two years. Leonard is already due around $50.3m for the 2026/27 season under his existing contract.
The move to Toronto comes just over a week after the NBA fined the Clippers $30m and stripped the club of draft picks for circumventing the salary cap in Leonard's 2019 contract, a penalty that also saw owner Steve Ballmer suspended for a year.
